Sunset Park

Tucked back in the community to the north of Penn State, you can easily get to the park by heading down Park Avenue, and then heading down McKee Street to the end, about a quarter mile. Features include a playground, two pavilions and restrooms. There is also a basketball court, baseball field, large open area and an exercise path. In theory, there are horseshoes, but they are a bit difficult to find. The park backs up to a large wooded area, and tall trees cover the picnic tables scattered around the front of the park.
A non-obvious path cuts through from the back end of the park onto Longmeadow Drive, allowing people on foot or bike to cut from McKee to Allen/Atherton quickly.
