Panda Express is a restaurant that serves American style Chinese cuisine. They are located inside the HUB on Penn State Campus, and are thus pretty student focused. They do not serve panda meat, and give you tired looks when you ask for it.
It's actually not bad, and if you get veggies instead of rice, it is pretty healthy and low calorie. It's drenched on oil, which may or may not be something you like. None of their options are strictly vegetarian, as even the veggies are cooked in chicken broth.
