Outdoors
In addition to the various parks in various towns, Nittany is surrounded by large state parks and various places to go on outdoor adventures. From winter activities to splashing around under the sun at Foster Joseph Sayers Lake at nearby Bald Eagle State Park. Mount Nittany itself has a beautiful hiking trail.
Pennsylvania
There are loads of places to go in the greater area of Pennsylvania itself. Check out the old growth forest of Pine Creek Gorge in the PA Grand Canyon.
