With a strong history as an agricultural school, Penn State has long taught classes related to making commercial meat products. Since January 1960, they have occupied a small building that is now just east of the northeast corner of Beaver Stadium. Officially known as Federal Establishment #9844P, during the week they teach various classes on meat preparation for sale. And then on Fridays, they sell it to the public.
