Help on Editing
If you've already signed up, editing is a snap. If you haven't, go ahead an click "Signup" at the top of this screen. It's quick, easy and free. We won't ask for much information because we care about your privacy.
Editing any entry is as simple as clicking on "Edit" at the top of the screen. It's pretty much like a word processor after that, just click in the white area below and start typing! While you are in the editor, you can click "Help" to get some specific help about how to insert images, video, links, etc.
To create a new entry, simply search for the title of the thing you wish to create an entry for and then click where it says "Click here to create this entry". An even better way is to create a link on an existing entry and then clicking on the red "uncreated" link. For instance, add a link on the restaurants entry by typing ["Danny's Diner"] (anything you type between square brackets and double quotes will turn into a link), save the restaurant entry and then click on the link to Danny's Diner. You will be asked if you want to create that entry... which you should do! Whenever you see a red link, you can click on it to create that entry.
There are many more features available, which you can find by exploring the site, but this should get you started. Feel free to read through the help, and if you figure out a tip you think others could use, add it to the site.
Incidently, for you "power users" out there, you can also click "Wiki" for the wiki editor, which allows you to edit the entry directly. It's a bit more technical, but some people like it better.
