Gateway to the Centre Region
College Township is located in the center of the valley just north of 322 on 65. It is 17.1 square miles, and has over 8,000 residents living in 3,000 homes.
History
College was founded on November 22nd, 1875. It was formed from land taken from both Benner and Harris townships. It was legally a "Township of the Second Class" for the first century, until the first day of 1976, when it became a "Council-Manager Plan of Government".
